Day twenty

Day 20 is here!  It’s our final workout today.  Can you believe we did it?  I knew you could!  I believed in you this whole time.  So set that alarm for the final day.  And what are you going to do when it goes off?  GET UP!!

Your motivational message today:

Wake up with DETERMINATION.  Go to bed with SATISFACTION.

Do you find you’re sleeping better?  Do you find you’re more productive in your days?  Do you feel more satisfied since starting this challenge?  I hope you truly are feeling and seeing a difference in your whole life.  Because that is what this is about.

When that alarm goes off – wake up DETERMINED to have a successful day.  And at night, when it’s time to shut down – be proud of all you accomplished.

So here’s your final workout:

~  20 side lunges (10 each leg)

~ 20 bicycles (10 each side)

Repeat 3 times.  Be determined to get it done!  You’ve got this!!
