Day tweleve

Getting ready for FRIYAY!!   Another week is just about done.  Take a moment and just feel PROUD.  I want you to go stand in front of a mirror – and just feel it.  You’ve been showing up for 11 days now.  You’ve been telling that alarm clock who’s boss.  You’ve been taking control.  Feel proud.

Your motivational message today:

Let TODAY be the day you give up who you’ve been for who you can become.

Day 12.  This is a powerful day!  You’re feeling it.  You know you’re in control.  The person you were 2 weeks ago – they’re changed.  You’ve gotten better.  Just these simple things – of taking control of your alarm clock and doing something good for yourself with your simple 10 minute workouts – these things are already making an impact.  Stick with it!

Your day 12 workout is:

~  15 jacks (feet and arms go out and in together – you can either jump or step the moves)

~  15 Russian Twists (belly button pressing into back, chin tucked to chest – twist and reach back!)

Repeat 3 times – then enjoy your Friday!
