Day 12. This is a powerful day! You’re feeling it. You know you’re in control. The person you were 2 weeks ago – they’re changed. You’ve gotten better. Just these simple things – of taking control of your alarm clock and doing something good for yourself with your simple 10 minute workouts – these things are already making an impact. Stick with it!
Your day 12 workout is:
~ 15 jacks (feet and arms go out and in together – you can either jump or step the moves)
~ 15 Russian Twists (belly button pressing into back, chin tucked to chest – twist and reach back!)
