Day ten

Welcome to double digits!!  We’re just about at the ½ way point through this WAKE UP Workout challenge.  By now you should definitely be feeling a difference – and honestly it’s not about the physical changes that come from these workouts.  It’s so much deeper than that.  It’s the mental.  It’s the health.  It’s the overall affect that happens to your life from doing this simple habit of getting up early and focusing on YOU.  You feeling it?

I love today’s motivation message.  Here goes…

Morning is the most important time of day – because how you spend your morning can often tell you what kind of day you’re going to have.

Have a productive morning?  Get up with your alarm (or dare I say, before!!) … focus on YOU and your health … focus on building energy and positivity.  Focus on productivity and getting done what you set out to do.  All this will continue on through your day.  It takes just 10 minutes to do this work out.  But the impact it has on the rest of your day?  Priceless.

Let’s get to it … the day 10 workout is:

~ 16 Reverse Lunges (8 each leg – be sure to bend from the back knee and keep your chest lifted)

~ 45 second plank (proper plank form please!  Shoulders over wrists, eye gaze ahead of hands, straight line from the top of your head through your hips and to the ground.)
