Day 7 – Challenge day

Week one is in the books!  We have engaged all the required muscles for the push ups – we’ve worked on arm and elbow alignment – and we’ve progressed through our push ups.  How have you been doing?  Would love to hear from you.

Every day 7 is CHALLENGE day!!  Whoop whoop!!   Your challenge today is:

How many MODIFIED push ups can you do in a row? 

Count them, track them, and feel free to comment below with your number.  NOTE – this number is just for you.  This is not a competition with others – but a competition with yourself.  We are going to challenge at the end of each week.  Stating your number each week will help to track progression.  And we all love progression 🙂
