Day four is REST day! You’re probably feeling those lunges by now .. so take your rest day and enjoy it! Rest is part of the process. It helps you come back even stronger the next day.
Now on rest days – active recovery is allowed and encouraged. What is active recovery? Yoga is a great example. Or any kind of stretching, foam rollering, that kind of thing. Even just going for a nice walk. Do something today to help stretch, rest, and recover your muscles.
