WooHoo!!  Blasting through the challenge!!  We have successfully finished week 2 – so that means today is REST DAY!!  Take it and enjoy it!  You’ve earned it.

Did you miss a day this week?  If so – take today to catch up.  Each day builds on the next and each week builds – so it’s best to not miss anything.  You’ve got today to catch up if needed.

Otherwise – you’re on rest.  But active recovery is always welcome.  Just no lunges today.  And no burpees either, lol!!  Take it easy so you’re ready to ROCK into week 3 tomorrow
