Day 11


You’ve earned it!  It’s REST day!!  You are becoming a LUNGE MACHINE!!  And even machines need some time off to recover and repair.  Take your rest day – do some extra stretching or rolling if you need.  If your legs feel tight & sore, walking is such a great way to release any built up lactic acid – so walking with help with sore legs.  And yoga is always a great thing to do!
