Day 18

Eighteen days!  Yes – you’ve done it!!  You’ve come so far – and we’re in the home stretch now – so close to the end.  We have just 2 challenge days left – but first let’s rest up to get ready for them!

Do your active recovery today.  Go for a walk to release the built up lactic acid in your legs … do some stretching, foam rollering, yoga … whatever helps you to recover and be ready to ROCK IT through our final 2 days.
