Day 17

It’s day 17 and we are ROCKING!  We’re lunging forward and back.  We’re lunging side to side.  We’re lunging cross back.  Can you believe how far you’ve come in 2 and a half weeks??  You.  Are.  AWESOME!

And today the challenge is alternating!  Your balance is going to be thrown in all different directions.  Your strength, stamina and endurance will be challenged.  But you’re here and you’ve got this!  There’s no giving up now.  10 reps each leg in all 3 of our lunges – alternating through.

Today’s workout:

  • Alternating CURTSEY lunges – 10 reps each leg
  • Alternating REVERSE lunges – 10 reps each leg
  • Alternating SIDE lunges – 10 reps each leg
  • ~ Repeat all 1-3 times
