Yup – another rest day. You get 2 rest days a week as we go through this challenge. REST is such a crucial part of this process. We can’t GO GO GO every day. We need to let our bodies, muscles, and our MIND rest. Burpees are hard on the body. Take your rest and enjoy it.
Just like as we talked about in the last rest day – ACTIVE RECOVERY is welcomed. Yoga, stretching, foam rolling, walking and/or light workouts are totally acceptable. But NO burpees today!! Off limits.
