Rest is here again!!  Why do I give so much rest?  Because rest is such a big part of the process.  We don’t get stronger and better during the workouts – nope.  We actually get stronger during recovery as we rest.  During we workouts, we actually torture our muscles and bodies.  It’s in our time of rest that they improve.

I LOVE rest days!  The best part, honestly, is coming back AFTER rest.  I find I can do so much harder and stronger.  But only if I’ve allowed for rest.  That’s why I give you so much.  Take it and enjoy it.
