You know what they say – “Good things come to those who SQUAT”!  It’s a good thing it’s squat day!!

We’ve already talked lots about form – so today is just still working on perfecting it, and our range of motion.  Can you start to get deeper in your squats?   Be sure you’re using your legs to get lower  – knees behind toes – and chest lifted!
