This is our FINAL PUSH for the week – so you know it’s gotta be a good one!
We’ve been working on dissecting our burpee all week. We’ve worked on the squat, plank, push up, and squat jump. We’ve done a whole TON of basic burpees through the week. Today, we’re pulling it all together in one awesome, epic workout.
This is an AMRAP CHALLENGE. I’m going to list out a workout for you, with a time. You’ll set a timer, and the challenge is to see HOW MANY AROUNDs you can do in the time.
AMRAP stands for As Many Rounds As Possible. And that is your challenge today.
How many rounds can YOU do in the set time?
~ 5 Squats
~ 10 sec Plank
~ 5 Push ups
~ 5 Basic Burpees
You already know all the moves. Now we’re just putting it together and working on your endurance.
Choose your LEVEL:
5 minutes, 8 minutes, or 10 minutes.
Set your timer and GOOOOO!! Track how many times you get through the workout before the time is up.
Repeat this 1-3 times through.
