Day 4 is rest day!  Friends – You’ve earned it!!  Take it, own it and enjoy it!  You’ve rocked out 3 days in a row of burpees, so your body needs rest to be able to keep going.  It’s part of the process.

Note – if you missed any of the days so far, you may use today as catch up.  Otherwise – it’s rest.  No burpees allowed.  Active recovery, yoga, stretching, walking, light exercise ARE allowed – so feel free to enjoy.
