Day SEVENTEEN – PLANKS

Our squats from yesterday are getting lower, and our planks today are getting longer!  We’re in day 17 of 21 – so the party is in full gear!  Let’s get right to it …

TODAY’s WORKOUT:

~ Plank – 45, 60 or 90 secs

~ Full Burpee

Choose Your Level:

20, 25 or 30 reps ea

1-3 rounds
