  • Plank jacks

  • 60 seconds of work to 30-60 seconds of rest.
  • 30 seconds at MODERATE
  • 20 seconds at HIGH
  • 10 seconds at GIVE IT ALL YOU’VE GOT!
  • Rest & repeat!
