Find something ACTIVE to do today – that’s not a high intensity – and really ROCK it. Enjoy every moment of it.
Movement is so powerful. And there are so many different ways to move your body and different activities to do. Not everyone loves everything. Find the activity that YOU enjoy. That feels good in your body – and that makes your soul happy. You’ll know what I’m talking about when you find that thing for you. You WANT to do it. You really enjoy doing it.
Your challenge today is to find an activity you enjoy – and do it for at least 15 minutes. Even if it’s just dancing around in your living room. Or walking through the park. Or a flowing vinyasa.
