DAY 15

We’ve made it!!  Welcome to our FINAL week of the Heart Pumpin’ challenge!!  Welcome to week 3 – and to GIVE IT ALL YOU’VE GOT WEEK!!!

We had fun in week 1 working at a nice moderate intensity for 30 seconds.

We kicked it up a bit in week 2 adding in 20 seconds of HIGH intensity.

Now this week – we’re going beyond high intensity!

We have 60 seconds of total work for each exercise.

~  30 seconds of MODERATE intensity – breathing is getting heavy but still talking.

~  Right into 20 seconds HIGH intensity – you can only say a few words

~  Finish with 10 seconds of ‘GIVE IT ALL YOU’VE GOT’ intensity – it’s only 10 seconds – PUSH to your limits!

Follow that up with 30 seconds of rest – per exercise.  NOTE – if you need 60 seconds of rest – take it.  We want you to really push in the work this week, so if you need longer rest between, you’re welcome to it!

And you’ve got an extra round this week.  You’re welcome!  3-5 rounds this week, depending on your fitness level – you choose.

  • Squats
  • Burpees
  • Plyo Lunges

You’ve got this!  YES – it should be hard.  YES it should challenge you.  That’s why we’re here.  But I believe in you – you CAN do it.  Go for it – ALL IN!  Post a sweaty selfie when you’re done 🙂
