DAY 16

So????  Did you do it yesterday?  Did you GIVE IT ALL YOU’VE GOT??  AND??  You’re back – so we’re ready to do it again!!  YEAH we are!

A reminder – week 3 is 60 seconds of work:

30 seconds MODERATE intensity

20 seconds HIGH intensity

10 seconds GIVE IT ALL YOU’VE GOT intensity

30-60 seconds rest between exercises

Repeat 3-5 times

Tuesday’s Workout:

  • Side Lunges
  • Twisted Climbers
  • High Knee Skips

Go for it!!  Play with your heart rate.  Challenge your fitness.  Step up and WIN 🙂

So much of this now is MINDSET.  Your body will keep going.  It’s usually your MIND that you have to convince.  Just keep going.  Keep going.  Keep going.  You’re doing this for your health – for your life.
