Round number 2 for squats – we’re upping the REPS and rocking them out with push up burpees! We are seriously in the groove now!
Remember your squat form – bending at the knees, pressing your booty back, keeping your chest lifted.
TIP! You should actually be able to keep your toes lifted in your squats. This ensures your weight is in your heels and no pressure is on your knees. Try it – lift your toes through the movement.
