DAY 10


Happy Wednesday friends!  We’re just about ½ way through week 2.  You are doing awesome!!

Let’s chat MUSIC!  Do you listen to music when you workout?  I highly recommend it – especially for these heart pumpin’ workouts.  Put on some beats that get you moving – that jack you up!  That motivate and inspire you to PUSH.

But remember – you should be working in your sets to the point where you can’t sing!  So if you can sing along to the music, you’re not pushing hard enough.  Get there.  Increase the intensity.  Your heart, lungs, and full body will thank you for it (probably not in the moment, lol – but later!)

Your Wednesday workout:

  • Fast Feet
  • Plank jacks
  • Squat kick
  • 20 seconds MODERATE … 10 seconds HIGH … then 20 seconds rest
  • Move on to the next exercise.
  • Repeat 2-4 times
