Now I’m just going to be increasing your rep range, playing around with the order of moves … and starting next week I’ll be adding in more moves in each circuit. Sound fun? Today’s workout …
Again, you already know HOW to crush out all the moves moving forward – but if you ever need a refresher, scroll back to our first few posts. But my biggest tip for you in today’s moves – really feel your belly pressing into your spine. Feel like someone is punching you in the stomach in both these moves. This will really ensure the power and work is coming right from the core where we want it.
