Day 8

Oh yeah!!  It’s week 2!  We’re heading into TRIPLES this week!  Every workout this week has 3 different exercises for you to rock out.  This is getting EPIC … Let’s gooooo..

Today’s workout:

  • 15 crunches
  • 30 second plank
  • 15 Russian Twists
  • Repeat 1-3 times

Your tip for today – remember to BREATHE through all the core exercises.  The more you take big deep breaths, especially the exhale, the more you fire up your core!  Oh – and also remember that breathing is also important for life 🙂  So nice, big, deep breathes today.
