Day 9

It’s day NINE and we’re here with another triple set today.  We truly are working all areas of the core through the workouts – transverse, obliques and lower abs.  We’re getting it all done.  You ready for today’s set?

Today’s workout:

  • 15 Leg extensions
  • 15 sit ups
  • 15 bicycle twists
  • Repeat 1-3 times

My tip for today is about the sit ups – remember in this move I really like to focus on the ROLL back DOWN!  So many people focus on the up and then just fall down.  Not us!!  Not in this challenge.  We are punching our tummies in .. rolling down, 1 vertebrae at a time.
