Day 12

Twist.  Plank.  Extend.  That’s how we’re spending our day 12!  I’m excited – are you?  Here we go …

Today’s workout:

  • 18 Bicycle Twists
  • 40 second plank
  • 18 Leg extensions
  • Repeat 1-3 times

Our workouts are getting longer – and they are going to continue to get longer as we progress through our 21 days.  Take breaks as needed – you can even split the workout up throughout the day if that fits your life better.  You’ve got a full 24 hours to get this list done.  Do what you need to do to make it work around your life.

But be sure to get it done.  You started this challenge.  And I know you’ve got what it takes to stay committed and FINISH.  We’re more than ½ way now.  There’s no giving up.  You’re better than that.  Go get ‘er done 🙂
