Day 5

Day FIVE – today is your first REST day!!  You’ve earned it!  I always say – REST is a big part of the process.  And it IS.  So take your rest day and enjoy it.

A few notes on rest days …

CATCH UP DAY!  If you missed a day so far this week, then you technically had a rest day that day.  So use today as a catch up day so you don’t miss anything through the 21 days.

ACTIVE RECOVERY:  A GREAT thing to do on Rest days is active recovery.  Yoga, stretching, foam rolling, going for a lovely walk.  These are all ways we can help the body rest & recover.  These are wonderful ways to spend rest days.
