Day 20

Day 20 is already here!!  We’ve only got 2 days left.  Wowzers you are doing so amazing!!  Let’s chat about today’s workout … and then what’s coming next 🙂

Today’s workout:

  • 28 Russian Twists
  • 28 Leg Extensions
  • 28 Crunches
  • 60 second plank
  • Repeated 1-3 times

You know the moves.  You’ve mastered them by now.  So just focus on breathing, pressing your core IN and  feeling the power from your core.  You’re getting stronger and more toned with each rep!

So what’s next?  I’d love to invite you to keep the CORE party going in my newest full program – the 3 Week CORE SHRED!!   This program takes what we’ve started here – and builds on it even more.  We start to work more muscles groups (back & booty which technically ARE part of the core too!) .. and we also talk nutrition.  Stay tuned for tomorrow’s message as I’ll give you more details.  I’m so excited to share with you!
