Day 21

YOU did it!!  Welcome to the FINAL day of the Tighten the Tummy 21 day challenge!!  We have worked your core to the MAX – but you wanna know something?  We’re just getting started!  Let’s get into today’s workout, and then some more details on the 3 Week CORE SHRED – where THIS is just your warm up!

Today’s Workout:

  • 30 Shoulder Taps
  • 30 Sit ups
  • 30 Leg Raises
  • 30 Bicycle Twists
  • Repeat 1-3 times

Yup – it’s 120 reps!!  I know you can do it.  I believe in you.  BREATHE.  Take breaks as needed.  Blast some music.  Get it done.  And be PROUD of how far you’ve come!!!

This is a FULL program – and it includes FULL follow along workout videos.  Each workout is about 30 mins, and includes the whole workout – from warm up to cool down.  We workout together with the power of technology.  Workouts are all online – avail 24/7.

Not only are we working the tummy in the core shred, but we also bring in the BOOTY, the BACK, Arms and CARDIO!!

This program is about getting SHREDDED – so we include nutrition tips as well. Because really – Abs are made in the kitchen.  So we touch on that aspect too.
