EEEKS!!  Day 18 of 21!!  We’re here – the final PUSH!!  We can see the light at the end of the tunnel – let’s just keep going a bit longer.  You ready for the last few days?  Yeah you are!  Let’s get it …

  • 25 Bicycle twists
  • 50 second plank
  • 25 leg extensions
  • 25 shoulder taps
