Week 3 baseline!!

Week 3!!  Yeay we’re blasting through this 21 day ‘playing with planks’ challenge!  I hope you enjoyed your rest day yesterday and you’re ready to BRING IT today!!

You’ve been through a Monday twice before in this challenge, so you know what today is – it’s BASELINE day!!  And today, with it being week 3 – we’re getting our baseline for BOTH planks – high AND low.   It’s week 3 friends – we’re upping it and working on both this week!!

Just like past weeks, you get 3 attempts at each plank today.  Jot your 3 times down – add them together, divide by 3 to get your average.
