Day 14


Day 14 = REST DAY!!  YEAY you made it through week 2!!  Feel proud.  Feel strong.  Feel awesome!!  Take a break from your planks today (unless you have a missed day – then you’re welcome to play catch up).  But if you’ve done every day so far this week, then you’ve earned your rest.  Take it.  And we’ll come back together tomorrow for the final week of this challenge.
