- The goal of this program is to eliminate the “I don’t have time to workout” excuse. To provide our clients who lead busy lives, and are short on time, with a workout program that they can rock out in just 15 minutes a day.

- A 15 minute workout with just 1 minute at high intensity has the same benefits as 45 minutes of jogging?
- 15 minutes of strength training, 3 times a week, is proven to increase resting metabolic rate. That means massive fat burning – even at rest!
- Exercise lowers your risk of certain diseases. Participating in 75 minutes of vigorous activity a week can decrease your risk of getting cancer or cardiovascular disease. That’s only 12 1/2 minutes a day!
- We all know about exercise and endorphins. But did you know … Science says that just one hour of exercise per week (that’s less than 10 mins a day!) could prevent up to 12 percent of depression cases.
- 15 minutes is only 1% of our day. And it’s all your clients need to get incredible health and fitness results.
- This program is geared to all fitness levels – from beginner to advanced. There are options of modifications and intensifications throughout the videos.
- Designed for limited space – perfect for home or travel workouts – but can be taken to the gym as well.
- A set of dumbbells is the only fitness equipment required for this program. It is also recommended (optional) to have a resistance band, loop resistance bands, and a step (or bench /stable chair).
- This is a 4 week program, with 15 unique workouts over 2 phases – Xpress and Xtreme. All workouts through both phases are about 15-18 minutes each. - The 3 Week CORE SHRED is an online fitness program that uses 360 degree core-focused training to help your clients get strong, stable, balanced & shredded.
- This program is geared to ALL fitness levels. There are options of modifications and intensifications throughout the videos.
- There are 5 unique workouts – each comes as a full workout video with warm up, the full follow along workout, and cool down. The 5 workouts are:
- Up & Down – from our feet to the ground, working the core all different ways!
- Arms & Abs – core and more! This is still a core-focused workout, but we’ve added in some upper strength as well – for fun 🙂
- Core on the Floor – ½ way through the week we have a bit of a lighter day – but the core still feels the BURN!!!
- Front to Back – Abs, back and booty! We’re training 360 degrees around the core in this EPIC workout!
- FIGHT for the Core – FIGHT MODE is ON in this workout! This is core shredding and cardio blasting! We’re adding in POWER, PURPOSE and INTENSITY to our workout – ensuring we’re getting core shredded in 3 weeks!
- Designed for limited space – perfect for home or travel workouts – but can be taken to the gym as well.
- EQUIPMENT: 4 of the 5 workouts in this program require no equipment – just a recommended yoga mat (or soft floor) as we are on the ground a lot. There is 1 workout that uses dumbbells.
- This is a 3 week program, with 5 unique workouts. Workout times range from 15-35 minutes, and it is recommended to do all 5 workouts each week, repeated 3 times. All workouts are listed out on a detailed calendar showing the workout of the day.

- 4 Weeks with BANDS is an online fitness program that uses the power of resistance and tension to help our clients safely activate their muscles to get stronger in their workouts, and life.
- This program is geared to ALL fitness levels. Beginners will love this program – but so will those with more experience. It’s great for everyone to come back to the bands from time to time to fully activate the muscles. They will get more out of weighted workouts from doing so.
- There are 6 unique workouts – each comes as a full workout video with warm up, the full follow along workout, and cool down. The 6 workouts are:
- ACTIVATE – Mondays are all about ACTIVATION and we rock it in this workout!
- FEEL THE HEAT – We use the loop band to zone in and really feel the burn in this workout!
- LONG & STRONG – A pure resistance workout using long bands. We’re building muscle and getting stronger!
- LOAD & EXPLODE – We are circuiting a move with the band to load, then a power move without the band. We’re feeling the freedom and exploding through this set!
- TEMPO & TENSION – Time under tension is such a beautiful thing – and we are using it to our advantage in this workout. 3 rounds – each at a different tempo. This is epic!
- RELEASE THE TENSION – our final workout of the week. We’re repairing and recovering. We’re releasing – and it is delicious!
- Designed for anyone, anywhere to get an incredible workout – even with limited space and a small budget for equipment. Perfect for home or travel workouts.
- EQUIPMENT: 2 types of bands are used in this program. LOOP (sometimes called mini) bands … and also LONG (sometimes called tube) bands.
- Workout times average about 30 minutes each. There are 2 calendars that clients can choose to follow. A 4 day a week and a 6 day a week calendar. They choose based on fitness level, and time availability which to follow.

- The focus is on Strength – Stability – Balance – Mobility – and 360 Core Training. All workouts are geared towards getting stronger, in control, & more balanced – so daily life becomes easier & safer.
- Strength is the ability to overcome resistance or to act against resistance. To build muscle and bone strength.
- Balance is the ability to control the body without movement against gravity.
- Stability is the ability to control the body during movement.
- Mobility is helping to move in a greater range of motion without muscle stiffness or pain.
- 360 degree core training is working the abs, booty, and back – to greatly help with all of the above!
